With a human, you are roughly 20% taller than you appear, such that you will get about 1/10th your height before you hit the top or bottom, which must be taken into account. Your hitbox does not match your character. This does not appear to be tied to ping, as mine is 100ms and the delay is substantially higher. There's roughly 1/2second latency between hitting the button and it going.Perfect play is not enough to guarantee a win, so if you don't want to be patient with failures outside your control, don't try. The top appears to be somewhat more forgiving than the bottom. Whether you get #$%^ed in a certain place will vary between playthroughs. I'd expect a nerf to this in the future.Ĭomment by EpytroposTips for Paragon (Your Mileage May Vary): Many times you will literally hit nothing an fail. I've done a screenshot and added boxes of roughly where at the time of posting you can not get near: You have to imagine the entire course as very large rectangles - almost like a wireframe model around the top and bottom sections In the top you can practically impale your head slightly. My only advice I can offer is keep your eye on the bottom "spikes" there's far less leeway, and you will fail before touching them. This is just a course on "Maybe I'll have collision, maybe I won't" I re-ran the course ten times using the macro and failed all ten times in various places. Each time, recording my key press with delays using my keyboards software (Corsair iCUE). I grinded this out for well over two hours - with my Tauren model. Note: Used Zone # since Blizzard used Bastion multiple times and TomTom can't find the zone correctly.Ĭomment by Grim32So, you are not imagining this, the Paragon course is bull****. If you want to get it over quick Lighter is probably the quickest.ĭoing Paragon's Challenge will reward you with the Aerial AceĬompleting this will earn you credit for the Flight School Graduate achievement. If you are doing Paragon's Challenge I suggest not hitting "2" at all. For the first two options this isn't a problem, but for the Paragon's Challenge it makes it a lot harder. It seems the hitbox for your body is the size of a Kyrian making it easier to hit the spikes without noticing. Once it starts you'll use "1" you to "bounce" up some and after you flap/bounce 10 times you can use "2" which speeds you across. When you start you will press "1" which begins a countdown for the event to start. Seen people spending 20+ minutes trying to get it due to poor hitbox. Due to how this one is currently designed (could be changed later) expect to spend some time here. I'd like to try the Paragon's Challenge - Same puzzle, but the spikes are closer to each other and you now have roughly 2 Kyrian bodies of length between the spikes making it a lot harder to miss the spikes.I'd like a lighter course today - Same as the above puzzle except you fall slower and increase your height slower.I am ready - This initiates the standard version of the puzzle where things are spaced out far enough to where you have about 4 Kyrian bodies of length. When you talk to Instructor Malo you will get three options: Comment by Lucetia2896Located at: /way 58.73, 10.58 - For those without coordinates if you go where the WQ is showing then you'll head directly for the center of that platform.
